Oak smoked trout - Wiltshire Smokehouse
Wiltshire Smokehouse - We fillet our Trout by hand and dry cure with salt which removes the moisture to act as a natural preservative. We then smoke the cured Trout over sustainably sourced Oak for around 16 hours before slicing and packing it ready for you to enjoy.
